Notes:
– I like the structure but try to be more straightforward, don’t give so many details at first
– Always start with telling your full framework and then dig into details
– When it comes to brainstorming I want you to always take some time before answering so that you’d be able to have time to structure them (costs split them into fixed and variable, revenues into volume and price, risks into internal and external) this is super important when it comes to brainstorming questions within a case
– when I gave you the revenues and the costs I want you directly to take the initiative to calculate the profits don’t wait for me to tell you to do it
– Always formulate your answers as statement not as questions because I always feel that you’re asking me to answer you, so if you formulate them as statement and then when you dig into details you formulate them into questions that would be much better
