We started by solving the previous cases at hand:

  • How many surveillance camera are there in Beirut (solved during the session)
  • How many minutes of Anghami are streamed in Lebanon per year (solved as HW)

We went over a market entry case from scratch: “Your client, EcoDrinks, is a beverage company specializing in organic juices and smoothies. They operate solely in the United States and have achieved steady growth over the past five years. Recently, the CEO has been considering expanding into the Canadian market. She believes EcoDrinks’ organic and health-focused products will appeal to Canadian consumers, but she’s unsure about the market entry strategy. She’s hired your consulting firm to evaluate this opportunity.”

  2. Company Capabilities (operational level + financial level)
  3. Risks and Mitigations

Remarks/ area of improvement:

  • For the clarifying questions, focus on understanding the background of our client, the products she is selling, the objective of the entry, the impact of the expansion, any specific targets that she has in mind?
  • For the structure, focus on the framework that I gave you because it includes everything.
