Today we went over the London eye case: “The London Eye, a globally recognized tourist attraction, has been experiencing declining profitability over the past two years. The management has hired your consulting firm to investigate the root causes and propose strategies to improve its financial performance.”
Framework: I would suggest we split the framework into two main areas – Internal Factors (company capabilities – financial/operations) and External Factors (market, competition, risks and regulations)
Tips:
- always take some time before the recommendation
- be more structured in terms of answers
- don’t expect to get the answers needed to all the questions you have, you need to do some analysis on your own
