Three steps, one selective screen

Submit the short application below with your university, society and what you would build on campus.

Screening

Shortlisted applicants take a screening call with Tespina. We are looking for judgement and follow-through, not a perfect CV.

Represent CHQ

You host sessions at your university's events, bring CHQ to your student community, and receive premium mentorship in return.

What you receive

●Premium one-to-one mentorship from Tespina Youssef throughout your term

●Priority access to advisors across MBB, Big 4 and regional firms

●Co-host CHQ workshops and live mock cases under your own society's banner

●A written reference and a documented leadership story for your own applications

●First look at the CHQ resource library and new programmes

Who we select

●Currently enrolled undergraduate or Master's students

●Active in a consulting club, case club, business society or equivalent

●Able to organise and host at least one session per term

●Genuinely interested in consulting — not collecting titles

●Reliable in writing. We work with people who answer their email
